Executive and Team Coaching

Allyson coached a senior leader in the Sales & Operations space at a mid-tier, public cable company. As the leader's team doubled in size with a new expanded role, the focus was on his strategic role and vision, helping him to get out of the weeds and 'raise his head' for a broader view of his organization within the company. This enabled his direct leaders to develop in their own roles, helping the entire organization function more effectively.

Allyson provided leadership team coaching for a small private school. Managed conflict and facilitated collaborative communication to allow for increased effectiveness and enjoyment/engagement in leadership team process going forward. What started as a potential "coach out" situation ended with a re-engaged and reinvigorated team engagement.

Logistics and Profitability Optimization

Bart worked with Studio Como, an international design firm, to review and restructure inbound and outbound logistics. The project was completed over a quick 4-month period and included P&L analyses, operational and logistics studies, vendor reviews and renegotiations.

Post-pandemic, custom manufactured products from major international suppliers had to be optimized with freight carriers for efficient, cost-effective delivery. Outbound freight and installation with domestic clients was analyzed and repriced for volume increases and margin protection.

He achieved buy-in with internal company teams and external suppliers through a series of discussions. The processes and pricing was rolled out efficiently and accompanied by SOP documentation

Individual Adult and Relationship Counseling

Allyson has years of experience in providing compassionate and clarifying counseling to individuals and couples. Helped people find new ways to manage stress, deal with loss, and learn to love themselves and each other. Facilitated change, especially in people who feel stuck in a rut or have no idea where to go next. Allyson has partnered with clients to find meaning in their lives, take better care of themselves, and make grounded decisions. Allyson feels honored to be a trusted part of people's lives as they navigate difficult situations and search for transformation, connection, and emotional peace.

Growth Planning, Financial Forecasting and Capital Raising

Bart worked with Mackintosh Academy, a private Pre K-8 school, to identify and eliminate growth constraints that prevented enrollment increases and operational self-sufficiency. He was engaged by the school's board to work with school leaders to identify bottlenecks, complete detailed financial analyses, and generate a phased capital raising and deployment plan. By engaging internal and external stakeholders, he delivered a complete proposal, received approval secured bank funding to commence Phase 1 development within six months of the project's start.
